After all the hoohah about the 'Secret Store', fashion fans were beginning to wonder if the high street band would ever come up trumps. (They'd been on about it long enough). But, by the looks of things, TOPSHOP have pulled it out the bag. This Devore print dress might remind you of a pair of curtains, but rest assured that it more than makes up for it with price and design. The draping effect lends itself towards the minimalist trend of the summer, whereas the Electric Blue simply shocks all the 'plain' out of it, whilst slotting in nicely with the colour blocking frenzy (Nicely 'demonstrated'... and by that I mean shocked by Cheryl Cole in the picture to the right). You can buy it now here, or in the Oxford Street 'flagship' store. Either way, snap it up quick to wear with cream ankle socks and block heels.
